Mumbai, July 14, 2026 — Caliber Mining and Logistics Limited (formerly known as Caliber Mercantile Private Limited) has announced the launch of its maiden Initial Public Offering (IPO). The company has fixed the price band at ₹402 to ₹424 per equity share of face value ₹10 each.
The IPO will open for subscription on Friday, July 17, 2026, and close on Tuesday, July 21, 2026. Investors can bid for a minimum of 35 equity shares and in multiples of 35 thereafter. As of date, the company has 55,941,823 outstanding equity shares of face value ₹10 each.
Offer Details
The IPO comprises:
- A Fresh Issue of equity shares aggregating up to ₹40,000 lakhs.
- An Offer-for-Sale (OFS) of equity shares aggregating up to ₹5,000 lakhs by promoters Mohit Satishkumar Chadda, Anuj Krishanlal Chadda, Manish Krishanlal Chadda, and Rahul Roshanlal Chadda.
The company has already completed a pre-IPO placement of up to ₹10,000 lakhs in consultation with the Book Running Lead Manager.
Proceeds from the Fresh Issue will be utilised as follows:
- ₹20,800 lakhs for repayment/prepayment of certain borrowings.
- ₹16,700 lakhs for funding capital expenditure towards purchase of commercial vehicles, plant, and machinery.
- The balance towards general corporate purposes.
The Offer is being made through the book-building process, with allocation structured as:
- Not more than 50% to Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs).
- Not less than 15% to Non-Institutional Bidders (NIBs).
- Not less than 35% to Retail Individual Bidders (RIBs).
